Refund and Cancellation Policy

Copycat Report ($29, one-off)

• Before delivery: ask for a refund any time before we send your report and you get the full amount back.
• Late delivery: if we don't deliver within 3 business days of receiving your photos, you get a full refund automatically on request.
• After delivery: if the report has no reviewed matches at all, or you believe it is clearly wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

We can't refund because a marketplace declined to remove a listing. We don't control their decisions, and we say so before you buy.

Subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions today. If we add one, you'll be able to cancel any time, and this policy will be updated before it goes on sale.

How to ask

Email support@dupehound.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
