Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DupeHound collects and why. DupeHound is operated by Harjot Rana in India.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up, run a preview or buy a report.
• The photos you upload and the shop name, listing links, dates and notes you give us.
• Search results and the time each was captured.
• Order details from our payment provider (order status, amount, payment ID). We never see or store your card details.
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our host for security.

Who we share it with

• Vercel, which hosts the site and stores uploads.
• SerpApi, which runs image searches through Google Lens. It receives a link to each photo you upload.
• Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which processes payments.
• ActiveCampaign, which stores our email list and sends our emails.

We do not sell your data or use your photos for anything except your search and report.

How long we keep it

Photos and search results are deleted 90 days after your report is delivered, or 90 days after a preview. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at support@dupehound.com. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have extra rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to complete checkout.
